[ACE] A new social centre for Edinburgh, and other news from ACE

Dear all,

A few months ago, we wrote to you letting you know that there would be a 
chance that ACE would be getting a large grant. Well, we now have 10,000 
quid to set up a new social centre!  But, this can only happen with the 
active support and participation of people who care about creating 
accessible and autonomous space in Edinburgh. The people incurrently 
involved in ACE are planning on organising a large public meeting to 
encourage widespread participation in this exciting new project.

The more energy we have for organising this meeting, the more people are 
likely to get involved, and the bigger, better and shinier the new ACE 
could be. To help make this happen, please consider coming along to the 
next ACE meeting.

Organising meeting tues 6th July, 7.30pm at ACE.
To discuss how we can help our twinned zapatista autonomous municipality 
build a health clinic.  We have a large amount of amber jewellry and 
handicrafts from Chiapas we are selling to raise funds for the 
autonomous clinic.

Advice and solidarity on resisting debt enforcement and on benefits 
problems every tues 1-4pm at ACE.
We plan to have an organising meeting soon so if you are interested in

INTERCOURSE
Our popular leaflet, "Are You Normal? (sexually speaking)", can now be 
downloaded from our web site: http://intercourse.org.uk or send a self 
addressed stamped envelope to us c/o ACE. We have also recently a large 
print run done of this one and our first publication "Give Yourself a 
Hand: An Introductory Guide to Masturbation" and we need help 
distributing them.  Please get in touch if you want to help, have any 
ideas or think you could use them in your home, community, workplace or

The new Glasgow social centre is still going strong at 58 Albion Street 
in the city centre (corner of Bell St.).  There are regular events, ring

NEEDED - COMPUTER DOCTOR
ACE's apple macintoshes are of a certain age. It would be a great help 
to us if a volunteer knowlegeable about macs could come in and have a 
look at them, with the aim of getting them working better.  If you can
