All invited to discuss how to stop the Council closing our schools,
nurseries and community centres and sacking workers.  Share information,
leaflets and ideas for activity. 

Confirmed speakers and participants from a threatened nursery and a
threatened primary school.  Plus Andrew Fraser, a veteran of a similar
anti cuts struggle in Glasgow a few years ago, author of the pamphlet
"How to save your school from closure"

GRANTON ARTS EVENT


A group of local artists, calling themselves the Free and Reactive
Edinburgh Arts Kollective, are planning to transform a derelict
warehouse in Granton into an arts venue for a four day event from the
10th to the 14th of October. There will be art exhibitions, live music,
performances, films and educational workshops.
