[dc-critmass-list] cm meeting and discussion

i really don't want to rush this meeting - i feel like often we do not
give people enough time to plan to attend a meeting.

i think this will be an important meeting and i think we need to give as
many people as possible a chance to attend, which means not calling the
meeting last-minute.

i think that everyone on this list will understand what we're talking
about and will be aware of it for the next ride.
