[dc-critmass-list] Update on David van Keuren

Information that just came to me says that the driver will be appearing in a
closed session of the court sometime next week.  At that time, any and all
charges against him will be filed.  The Assistant DA will get back to us
letting us know the outcome.  David's family has a law DC law firm to
represent us and to do their own investigation into the accident.
