Let's just say that the guy who gets the surprise primitive dental makeover won't be likely to head back out looking for trouble, nor will those who help him pick up his teeth.  Macho culture?   Hey, they 
brought the fight to him; "turn the other cheek" is a great philosophy as long as you don't try to put it into practice.  If I've misread your intermittant sarcasm, you have my sincerest apologies.
