2007 WABA Auction & Gala
Help WABA celebrate its 35th year winning better bicycling for the
Washington region at its Annual Auction & Gala, March 24, 2007. This year's
Gala will be at the exciting new House of Sweden. Just off the Rock Creek
Trail overlooking the Potomac, this exciting new edition to the Georgetown
Waterfront is a must see!
WABA is currently seeking auction donations as well as corporate sponsors.

Help WABA at the Area's Largest Children's Bike Rodeo!
It's that time of year again! Yes, WABA needs your help volunteering to
help run a kids bike rodeo during the NBC4 2007 Health and Fitness Expo.
Last year over 900 children participated in the two day rodeo. The Expo
will be held in the Washington Convention Center again, on Saturday, Jan. 13
and Sunday, Jan. 14 between 9 am - 5 pm. Come and join in the fun! To

Cycling metric centuries feature courses of 30, 45, and 62 miles.From the

more than 1,800 miles each year.

or are retired, so we are able to ride during the weekdays.
