[dc-critmass-list] Ride Times

Hi, I'm Neil, and I'm also new to Washington and hoping to join up for the 
monthly rides.

As has been suggested on the list, I've also had problems remembering the 
first Friday of the month because everywhere else I've done CM, the ride is 
always the last Friday of the month.

If we're going to collectively ponder the ride time schedule, my proposal 
would be to do the last Friday of every month, and to meet later - Mass Up 
inside DuPont Circle at 6:30, and start time of 7pm.

I look forward to the dialogue and the issue, and making it out to the next 
ride rain or shine.
