[dc-critmass-list] passengers are joining

After I joined late in last month's ride, I chatted for a second to one rider. I asked how she'd heard about Critical Mass. She followed a friend who led her to the evening's ride who knew when and where to catch it. Her curiosity started when about two years ago, she was a passenger in an idle car as a swarm of cyclists, one wearing wings, passed and it looked like a lot of fun.

Our neighbors in cars are our future riders!
