there's been a call for a critical mass disembarking from dupont circle on sunday, december 30th, at 3pm;

 the ride's final destination will be the warehouse next door near 7th st nw and new york ave--the venue of positive youth festival.  this is the fourth annual positive youth festival: it's fast becoming a proud d.c. tradition, so please come to the mass, bring noise-makers if you got 'em, and ride into the new year!!!
