Here is an updated call out for the bike bloc during No War No Warming.

ANTI-CAPITALIST BIKE BLOC
to end war and warming!

WHO: You and your bike! (bring an affinity group if you can!)

WHEN: OCTOBER 22, MEET at 9AM. Short critical mass at 9:30 AM,
followed by disruptive bike actions through the morning.

WHERE: meet at DUPONT CIRCLE

WHAT: This ride will target and disrupt important aspects of
business and politics as usual in Washington. Bring an affinity
group if you can and be ready for a high-energy ride! It will
be a few hours long with breaks throughout. Bring water and a
helmet!

WHY: Politicians and their corporate rulers are happy about war
and warming. Disasters give them a basis to sell you things,
and they love when you buy their things: American flag decals,
news reports, political campaigns. They will even make their
products "green" if you pay enough. Really, fear-based consumption
does so well for their pockets and seats of power that they don't
have much reason to end war or warming. A healthy earth cannot
exist with capitalism. It is time to uproot the system.
