[dc-critmass-list] Good bike shops in DC NW

Although it's not in NW DC, College Park Cycles (in College Park MD, natch)
has a big selection of used bikes, and the folks who work there are great.
There's a College Park stop on the Green line, although I'm not sure how
close it is to the shop (which is just off Route 1 on the south end of the
