[dc-critmass-list] Break the Bank Criterium April 16 around the IMF Spring meetings

As the IMF and World Bank meet this Sprinj on the 11th anniversary of the A16 protests, the "Break the Bank Criterium" a closed-course bicycle race will run on streets surrounding the IMF and World Bank on April 16, 2011 as the meetings get under way. This will be a non-USCF sanctioned, no license  affair along the lines of the famous "Run on the Bank" 5K runs of 2009 and 2010.
Exact course yet to be determined, but the intention is for the race course to totally surround the meetings.
