[Encuentros] Found another list program

Hi clif,

I've been looking around for a simpler list management program since the 
php list thing is a bit cumbersome.  This thing here is just me and you 
at the moment so sorry if i end up spamming you a bit in testing.

I'm actively developing the american encounters site now... posted the 
uruguay post--changed the name of your collection to living bolivars dream.

check it out.

I'm going to see about getting a discussion based list running parallel 
to the posting list so we can start to draw folks into a set of 
discussions.

not sure how that will work or if it will but it's worth a try.
