I definitely think some of the problems we had stemmed from company growth 
and organization (or lack thereof).
I also know someone who had a solar array installed recently and was quite 
happy. So, hopefully our experience was not typical, though I know another 
person who had a similar bad experience last summer. I'm not sure what 
accounts for the difference. I think there is an element of (bad) luck 
involved!
