Hello,
I saw someone posted the Localvores website to this list yesterday.  I just
wanted to let people know there is a community based Buy Local Food Campaign
underway in the Ithaca area.  The group will be having a local foods potluck
gathering this Thursday December 7th from 6-8:30pm at Cooperative Extension. 
This will be a great opportunity to connect with others in the community
working on building a more sustainable food system and learning about the work
people have underway.  If you are interested in attending, RSVP to Lael
Gerhart at 272-2292 or lsg8 at cornell.edu.  The Buy Local Campaign has also
developed a website with information on our work and local foods...
