Hello there from Maine,

I hope all is well with you back there in our lovely laked community.

I've decided to take the next steps to making my move here to the island life
here in Maine.  I'm considering selling my unique properties there in the
Finger Lakes.

The properties abut one another totaling nearly 18 acres on Italy Hill,
between Keuka and Canandaigua Lakes.  (They are at the top of the water shed
and sit directly upon a resource of natural gas.) They're in Yates County and
the Penn Yan School District with its share of wineries and Mennonites.

One property is on 12+ acres.  It has a 2+ bedroom passive solar stone house
with a stocked pond, flower and vegetable gardens, fruit trees, woods and
meadows, surrounded by a stream.  Listed at $150K.

The other is on 5+ acres. It is a 2+ bedroom partially passive solar house
with a green house, 30X40 insulated truss barn, flower and vegetable gardens,
fruit trees, meadows, surrounded by a stream.  Listed at $150K.
