Get your Local Foods Culinary Passport!
As part of the 3rd Annual Celebration of Local Foods CCE Tompkins, the
Tompkins County Visitors Bureau, local restaurants and farms  
introduce the
Local Foods Culinary Passport.  For the entire month of August 15 area
restaurants, café’s, and deli’s will be featuring locally produced foods
on their menu’s and in their specials.  Food lovers are invited to  
pick up
a free passport, dine out, order local, and enter for a chance to win  
big!
  Diners who order a dish that features locally produced at any of the
participating restaurants will receive a stamp in their passport.   
Five or
more stamps qualifies you to enter into the fantastic prize drawing.

Participating restaurants include: ABC Café, Carriage House Café,
GreenStar Coop Deli, Ithaca Bakery, Juna’s Café, Le Petit Café,  
Moosewood
Restaurant, Olivia, Rogue’s Harbor, Smart Monkey Café, Taste of Thai
Express, Taverna Banfi, Watercress, and Willow.

Grand Prize winner will receive: an overnight stay at La Tourelle Resort
and Spa with complimentary breakfast or lunch at their Le Petit Café,  
$70
Gift Certificate to Olivia, $70 Gift Certificate to Willow, $20 Gift
Certificate to Ithaca Bakery, and a bottle of Finger Lakes Wine.  Five
other fantastic prize packages offered.  Passports available the evening
of 8/3 at participating restaurants as well as the Ithaca Farmers  
Market,
Cooperative Extension Tompkins County, and the Tompkins County Visitors
Bureau
