On Friday, July 27, there will be a critical mass bike
ride meeting up on the west end of the commons at
around 5:30pm.  Following the ride, there will be a
block party on the 100 block of Monroe St. starting at
around 6:30.  To celebrate my 30th birthday, I have
invited musicians, performers and activist groups to
decend upon my neighborhood to celebrate the joys of
walking and biking.  I would like to anyone who is
willing and interested to table for an Ithaca bicycle
and pedestrian bill of rights which will eventually
end up on the mayors desk along with a list of
demands.  Anyone who might be able to put in an hour
at the table, it would be greatly appreciated. We will
have a jar out for donations to support this campaign.
 Please do be in touch if you are interested in
helping out.  We will also be dancing into the night
to the tunes of 1977.  So come on down and have some
fun!
