[FLPERMACULTURE] Milk Trade

My cow just freshened and I am being flooded with milk.  I am looking for someone who is interested in making cheese on a share basis -- e.g. I would provide the milk, you would make the cheese, and I would get a share.  I live just outside T-burg and don't get in to Ithaca often, so the milk would need to be picked up at the farm.  
 
Other trades for milk will be considered!!
