This is a forwarded message about the upcoming RUST (Radical Urban
Sustainability Training) workshops in Albany this September, organized by
the Rhizome Collective (of Austin, TX). They are a pretty famous
organization in both radical political circles and permaculture circles
for their inspiring adaptation of permaculture to urban low income
contexts while keeping their eyes firmly open to the realities of social
injustice that such an approach requires acknowledging and dealing with.

Hello!

We are pleased to announce that the dates for the 2008 Albany RUST courses
have been chosen.  Two courses will be held this year, one on the weekend
of September 20th-21st and another on the weekend of September 27th-28th. 
Please register early in order to ensure a space in the class, as the
course fills quickly.  All the course and registration information can be
found at www.rhizomecollective.org/rust.html

Please note that in a few weeks the RUST web page will be moved to a new
site that will feature online registration.  You will be notified when the
new site is online.  Registration by mail will continue to be available as
it is now.
