[Jubilee] Fwd: Arts & Change work (for discussion)

Thanks everyone who replied on and off the list to this request.  I am 
currently just testing the waters for a "realistic" factor on 
anti-bullying work, so getting feedback from so many of you has helped 
to add some dimension to the idea.  Thanks!
