Added Bonus: Guest Speaker Graham Saul of the Bank Information Center
will give an update on the Bujugali Dam in Uganda, the lastest in a long
line of World Bank-financed boondoggles. Like many before, this one will
displace thousands of people from their homes, destroy ecosystems and
pricegouge electricity consumers. The good news: opposition from around
the world, including the streets of DC, holds out hope for stopping this
monstrosity before it's too late.
