A woman from Pacifica Radio was at the meeting and she offered to record a
statement from MGJ. She also offered helpful suggestions about involving
the local community (MGJ is involved w/ DC Jobs for Justice and the
Safeway & Giant workers) like having the community help make banners; to
get out on Sunday in time for the morning news shows; and to have the
events (bands, etc.) going on during the press conference (better for the
air).
