[mgj-announce] CAFTA Action

At last night general meeting it was consensed uopn that MGJ do something on
CAFTA in the next few weeks as it will be signed here at the Organization of
American States on the 28th of May. Now we have to decide how MGJ will plug
in to existing actions and take independant action.
