and Finance Ministers of Central America of CAFTA, which will extend the
devastation of NAFTA to Central America.

This signing is one step toward CAFTA, but the agreement must be approved
by the US Congress and legislative bodies in C.A.  Send a loud message--no
more corporate exploitation!  No more US domination!
