Hey all,

This is Josh Healey. I go to Wilson high school. I came to the MGJ last
meeting last week and ended up facilitating the workshop on the
IMF/World
Bank at UDC on Saturday. Anyway, my student activist group is having a
similar-style teach-in at my high school this Thursday at 3:30 PM (flyer

below). We have speakers on all the various issues, except our speaker
on the
IMF/World Bank just backed out. I was wondering if anyone from MGJ could

speak. It would be for 10-15 minutes, and then with another 20 minutes
of Q &
A (we can only spend about 30 minutes on each section of the teach-in,
as
ridiculous as that is for these huge issues).

There will probably be about 50-100 students, teachers, and outside
people
attending. Wilson is very diverse, both racially and socioeconomically,
and
students of all backgrounds are interested in these types of issues, but

always ask how they can get involved. So it's definately gonna be a
receptive
audience.

If anyone's interested, write me back or call me at (202) 244-5625. Or
talk
to me at the MGJ meeting tomorrow night. Thanks.

Peace, Josh
