The international director of the United Electrical , Radio, and Machine Workers  Union (UE) informed me that they would like to have a presence in DC for the conference in April.  They would talk about their post NAFTA cross border labor alliance with the independent mexican union, the Authentic Labor Front (La Frente Autentica de Trabajo, FAT). Possibly even Mexican labor unionists coming to speak.  Cross border solidarity and resistance to free trade globalization....something of that nature.  Does MGJ have a fund for speakers?  check out their website.  very progressive program.
