cost wise it doesn't make sense to rent a bus (unless you're getting it 
through a union or something).  Large vans are the cheapest option you're 
going to get.  With gas and rental you can do it for around $50 a person 
from DC.  It also gives you more flexibility in departure times and in case 
people get arrested. Like a bus you also need 3 drivers per van.
