2 min: Assign roles (time keeper...)

5 min: Agenda review

5 min: Description of working groups

20 min: Working group break-outs

30 min: WG updates and proposals

2-5 min: Check to make sure that everyone looking for something to do has it

5 min: Facilitators for next meeting, announce next WG meetings.
