::LEGAL UPDATE::
Good news & bad...
As of Noon Monday, here's the story from legal:

There were two people who requested legal support around arrests that
we've been following... both charged with felony property destruction
originally.

First person got charges knocked down to misdemeanor and was given a court
date. She's out of jail, has support, seems in good shape.

Second person is more worrisome.  He's still being charged with a felony,
arraignment this afternoon.  He's got a good PD, but doesn't have the
family, support backup that's going to make his case easy.  We may be in a
position of needing to get together bail money quickly.

Further update tonight.... SO, issues:

1) Press: do we want to get together a press release for these folks?  I
don't have all the facts at this point, but can get them if M & M can do
something.
2) Support: what's the sense about how to deal with the bail issue if it
comes up?

FINALLY... we owe a REALLY BIG thank you to the Justice & Solidarity
collective. Basically four people pulled together a support line and have
been doing full support for these two, including visits and getting
arraignment representation...  they have truly come through on very short
notice, so THANK YOU Elliot, Jamie, Anais, and Carol!!
