We'll talk about why Republicans and Democrats have
	such different ideas what happened in Haiti, and how
	the debacle will play out as a campaign issue.
	
	We'll also discuss what obligation foreign nations
	have to stabilize the administration of a
	democratically elected leader.
	
	As usual, we'll meet at Thus. 7:30 p.m. at Savory Cafe in
	Takoma Park. The cafe is located at 7071 Carroll
	Avenue.
