[mgj-discuss] proposal to move scenario wg back to 7:15 pm

outreach and scenario inadvertently scheduled for the same day, and there is a lot of overlap b/w the two groups. 

after much juggling and several phone calls, the best proposal we could come up with is to move the scenario time back 15 mins to 7:15 so that outreach can meet without too much overlap.  location is the same for both meetings.  please email me if that causes a problem for you and we'll try to figure something out.
