[mgj-discuss] Errata for structure/process notes

A couple of quick errata on the structure/process notes, which I identified
and checked with the note-taker (Tia) about ----

1. The list of working groups should include LOGISTICS working group. 

2. The list of working groups in the notes includes "religious" - correct
me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there was ever an intention to create a
separate WG specifically for working with faith communities. That was (is)
part of the mandate of the outreach WG.
