  CALL CITY COUNCIL FRIDAY December 2nd!!
  THIS IS IT!  The vote is happening on MONDAY!!!!
   
  Before we issue bonds for baseball, let’s issue bonds for schools.  It is shameful to allow children to continue to attend schools that are crumbling and hear politicians say they can use bonds to finance a $600 + million baseball stadium but cannot use bonds to help our children.  We need to get the School Modernization Bill out of the Education Committee so it can be voted on by the entire Council.
   
  Call and tell the Council members on the Education Committee:
    
   Vote yes on the School Modernization Bill  
   Fund the full costs of modernizing all schools which is $3 billion and not $1 billion which is what the bill calls for  
   Use bonds which will guarantee that the money will be available  
   No more delays—this bill needs to be passed NOW!!
