Ritz-Carlton Hotel, 22nd & M Streets, NW Washington, DC.
(on 22nd between M and L)
Blackwater provides the US government with private
military services and is looking to recruit more
clientele. This Saturday, representatives of several
Washington-based embassies will be at the Ritz-Carlton to
learn about Blackwater. Blackwater is not subject to the
Military Code of Conduct or the Uniform Code of Military

diplomats know that many Americans are concerned about
human rights and willing to stand up to mercenaries like
Blackwater.
