1. So Jon and I (Jon doing the actual work and me just fretting about
it) have been dealing with a sudden change in our schedule at St.
Stephens. It seems we were dropped from the schedule at some point.
Brian no longer does the schedule. The new contact is Pedro. Jon has
spoken to him and we now have a schedule, more or less for then through
April (see below). Not below for days we don't have space. For those
days we will have to find an alternate space or not have a meeting.
2. The church has also been booked as a convergence space for the week
of the Spring meetings. MGJ is not doing a mobilization and I don't
believe will be in need of a convergence space. None the less Brian and
Pedro need clarification from MGJ that the space is not booked for MGJ.
So during the week of the meetings the space is totally booked (I think
by Oscar) and so some discussion should be had about that.
3. We need someone to become point person on booking space at St.
Stephens. This would entail creating a relationship with Pedro and
doing the book in advance so we make sure we have space for our
meetings. If anyone is willing to do this please let Jon and I know
here's the schedule as we're booked:
march 8, dining room
march 15: no space
march 22: auditorium
march 29: auditorium
april 5: dining room
april 12: no space
april 19th: no space b/c of convergence space
april 26th: dining room
