nowhere on the important decision.  Mr. Get-His-Way was trying to wear 
all down with bullying persistence, and the facilitator realized that 
she had exhausted all her skills trying, unsuccessfully, to deal with 
him, and was visibly losing her cool./

/While this was going on, some of the other meeting participants did not 
say anything. Other participants, visibly exasperated, confronted Mr. 
Get-His-Way on what he was saying and how he was saying it. The 
remaining participants felt that Mr. Get-His-Way made some good 
substantive points but didn't care for how they were made , and were 
being quite vocal about that.
