[Mintwood-place] Construction Update

Hello to all,

Just some general update information.

1.  Eight of the twelve replacements on the north side of the street have
been completed.  The remaining four will be completed next week.  We will
keep the jersey barriers up on the street when the WASA work is completed to
help with the parking control.  We will remove these barriers when we are
ready to begin the final street restoration.

2.  Final sidewalk restoration has begun on the north side.  I will be
sending a draft punch list early next week for your review and input.  If
you have any items you think need to be added to this list, please let me
know.

3.  Parking obstructions have been put back in place for the weekend with
additional barrels on the south side of the street toward Columbia Road.  A
"Road Closed" sign has been placed on Columbia Road at the entrance to
MIntwood.

4.  As per Mr. Tangherlini's e-mail, thank you to those representatives who
came to DDOT and reviewed the paper work.  I'm glad we were able to help
with your requests.
