I am glad this occurred and thank you for sharing. Is it not an abomination that it took so long? There has been a pick-up truck with TX plates outside 1840 since last Weds..It has 2 tix on it...I have received worse in a far smaller window..

Let's just say that now Jim Graham's office can say they "helped" Mintwood. Too little and far too late.

Please excuse the cynicism, but my usual optimism has waned on this one.

I just wanted to let folks know that on Friday night, Jeff Jennings, who
works for Councilman Graham came out to the corner of Mintwood and Columbia
around 11 p.m. Like all of us, he witnessed 5-7 vehicles parked where there
were visible No Parking signs.

He called 311 twice. Just after calling the second time, he flagged down a
couple of officers on patrol. He asked them to ticket folks and they did.

So there was at least some enforcement on Friday night...
