[Mintwood-place] Kalorama Park Update - Trying to figure out who's in charge

I’m still trying to figure out who’s in charge of the Kalorama Park project, - who’s dealing with
quality control, and how much the project will cost.  Based on an e-mail exchange with Jim Graham,
I contacted Neil Stanley from the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR).  In response, Jackie
Stanley said that I would get a response by the end of last week - still waiting - see exchange 
below. 
Both Jackie and Neil Stanley along with Drew Becher all from DPR have been added to the Mintwood
List.
If neighbors on this list, would note progress and problems – it would definitely help our friends
at the Department of Parks and Recreation better monitor the Kalorama Park reconstruction.
