Got it. I am meeting in a few minutes with MLB on these issues. This
deal is financially OUT OF CONTROL. And as much as anyone may like the
sport, and may like it in DC, there is the issue of competing priorities
and spiraling cost. I am not convinced. Bests Jim
I typically answer emails before 9 AM on weekdays. If you email me after
that, it is likely that you will hear from me the next weekday. If there
is a need to communicate prior to that, you may wish to call me.

Thanks for responding Jim.
While I am happy to see you agree, I'd like to ask you
spell out a bit more what you plan to do to get a much
better deal now that the Baseball Stadium shall be up
for another Council vote.
In particular, I'd like to ask how and what members of
the Council you will approach and how can you use your
power as Ward 1 rep to help facilitate a coalition to
rewin our money so we can put it to good use.

The challenge of today is to save the planet from further devastation
which violates both the enlightened self-interest of humans and
non-humans, and decreases the potential of joyful existence for all.
"What is the use of a house if you haven't got a tolerable planet to put
it on?" -Henry David Thoreau (1817-1862)
