about this issue? Her office is in charge of installing the water line.

You asked me to report any developments on the installation of a water
line to the Kalormama Community Garden at the Park. Thus far, there are
none.  We were told last month by DPD that the work would begin "in late
April". Maybe someone in DPR is thinking about a tall cool one, but
that's about it. 

I deferred last week because I knew you were very busy with the DC
renter-apartment buying legislation.  Thanks for that!

But now it's May 9th, going into the Garden's third year without water.
