[Mintwood-place] dead tree - replacement of same kind requested

Dear Ms. LeBlanc,
 
It is my understanding that you are the correct person to contact regarding tree replacement.
 
The tree in front of our home at 1860 Mintwood Place, NW is dead.  I suspect from the same root damage that killed other trees on our block when our street was completely rebuilt.  Those trees were replaced and we would like this one to be, as well.
 
Please let me know when we can get a new tree planted.  Please, also, let me know if you are not the right person to contact and send me the correct person's information.
