[Mintwood-place] Parking on 18th Street

[Jeff Selingo]

The Examiner reports this morning that parking will no longer be allowed on 
the west side of 18th Street on Friday and Saturday nights through Sept. 
resulting in the loss of 18 parking spaces. Given that this will make an 
already horrible parking mess for residents even worse, had anyone been told 
of this in advance by DC Police?
