[Mintwood-place] Parking petition

I am all for any petition that is pro- Mintwood residents! While I understand CM Graham's restriction of parking on 18th- this further encourages drivers to use Mintwood, Belmont etc for parking. I'm sorry to say I think it a short-sighted plan to restrict 18th in hopes that people will take public transportation. We all know where cockroaches end up if only one person in a building exterminates!

What ever happened to our conversation about the residential parking
restriction?
I for one am tired of the "Drunk Parade", at 2:00 a.m when the bars close,
trying to find their cars, or having a lovers argument or just playing their
car radio's loudly. Granted, noise bounces back and forth down the street
and they are not even aware of how loud they are, but it is still annoying.
Parking is tight enough and the new restrictions will make the parking and
the "parade" situations worse in my opinion.
Is there any interest in starting the parking restriction petition?
Thanks,
Phil Holland
