The plan will likely not work for residents.

If eliminating the parking on the West side of 18th Street had been done to encourage public
transport from the burbs to Adams Morgan, then if should have been implemented only after
improving public transport and parking enforcement along residential streets.  

Eliminating the parking will. open up 18th Street to even more traffic.  
This will -
1)  Encourage more traffic to come into the neighborhood
2)  Increase visitor and commercial worker parking on residentail streets.
3)  Cause more congestion throughout the neighborhood.  

This is not the right way to implement the traffic study.
