[Mintwood-place] New parking signs on Mintwood Place

[Menda Fife]

Just noticed these tonight.  Two hour until 8:30pm is great, but who decided for the exclusive -- what seems to be -- 24 hour, 15 minute loading and unloading in front of the Guest House.  Great that their guests won't be doubled parked anymore, but two more parking spaces are now gone.
   
  Please correct me if I'm seeing this wrong.
