[Mintwood-place] Reposition parking markers on Mintwood

I agree that repositioning the poles to mark parking on the street would be an
helpful.

Only one car can now fit between the sign at 1850 drive way and the Guesthouse
sign.

That is not the only example on Mintwood place where repositioning signs or
marking the curbs with a look at the bigger picture would be able to get a few
more spaces for everyone.

Dear Harold Smith,   Thanks for being on top of this.

If the signs do remain, you also might consider repositioning the poles.  Right
now 3 parking spots are lost, ? actually 4, since only one car can now fit
between the sign at the 1850 driveway and the Guesthouse sign.
If a spot is a right, then I believe one space with yellow curb marks would be
adequate.
