[Mintwood-place] looking for homes on mintwood and surrounding streets

Hi there, we love Mintwood Place and are looking to buy a home in the $500-550,000 range in the adams or oyster school districts and would love to be close to Kalorama Park. We would also be interested in a rental of about $2,500 a month. We are hoping for at least two bedrooms and at least 1,200 square feet, as we have two small children and two small cats. Any advice or tips would be very welcome, thanks!
