[Mintwood-place] Alleged Murderer Arrested--Justice for young Terry Cutchin

Dear Friends: Chief Lanier called me this morning to tell me that a
juvenile--who will be charged as adult--was arrested early this morning
and charged with the murder or 13 year old Terry Cutchin, juts a week or
so ago.
 
There will be a press conference at MPD at 9:30 AM, when all of the
details will be released.
 
This is great news. Congratulations to all in MPD who brought this
about. I also know that members of the neighborhood were very helpful in
what was a fine example of community policing.
